Last week, 2 properties of ours settled and I have to say a massive thank you to you for employing her. I was dealing with Kristy from the first instance and then she went on Maternity leave where Lindsay took over. I had a million and one questions and would email pretty much everyday, she probably hated it and screamed my name around the office and talked about me being one of "those customers" but I have to give credit where credit is due. Lindsay was the most pleasant and professional person I have ever dealt with, she would always reply to my emails, return calls and call me when she said she would. On the day of settlement, last Wednesday 20/7/16 she advised she would call once the property we sold had settled, which she did and then she called again once our new property had settled. I cannot thank her enough for all of her tireless work and efforts in ensuring everything went smoothly. I had read on various internet forums that settlements can be delayed etc, but we were lucky enough not to have to endure that. I hope Lindsay can be rewarded with a little something extra for her efforts in providing an excellent and smooth settlement process to her clients. I will certainly be recommending Lindsay to any friends and family that need to settle a property.
